How This Started

My grandfather started this business in 2008 with a simple frustration. He'd hired contractors for his own home, and most of them treated it like another job on a list—quick, impersonal, done on their schedule, not his. He decided he'd do it differently. He'd care about the work the way he'd care about his own house. That became the business.

I watched him build that reputation from the ground up. My father learned from him, and I've had the privilege of stepping into this role now. Twenty years in this field has taught me things no blueprint or training manual could. You see patterns. You see what happens when corners get cut. You see what a customer remembers five years later—and it's never the lowest price. It's always the person who showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and treated your home like it mattered.

What We've Learned
